The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting/Workshop on Thursday, October 22nd at 9:00 a.m. in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC to provide Town Council an opportunity to review and discuss the MRA’s proposed PUD ordinance and consider potential revisions to its language and conditions.
This meeting is intended solely for discussion and workshop purposes. No public comment will be received, no public hearing will be held, and no formal action will be taken on the proposed PUD ordinance or the pending PUD request. Any revisions resulting from the discussion will be subject to further review and consideration through the applicable process at a future meeting.
This meeting is open to the public.
