The Montreat Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.

The purpose is to grant/deny a Variance request to construct a six foot tall (6’) fence along the front, side and rear property line. (Zoning Ordinance standard is 3’ max. height for front yards; 5’ max. height for side and rear yards.) The property is zoned R-2 Medium-Density Residential district.
