PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ISSUING INSTALLMENT FINANCING FOR $1 MILLION FOR THE NEW TOWN HALL
The public is hereby notified that the Town of Montreat has secured installment financing for $1 million for the construction of the Town Hall. This contract is hereby authorized under G.S. 160A-20 involving real property. The Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Walkup Building, 300 Community Center Circle, Montreat, North Carolina for the purpose as stated above.
