This application must be accompanied by the following items:
1. A copy of the subject property’s Deed
2. Evidence that all property taxes for the subject lot were paid prior to application submission
3. A description of the proposed use of the Building or Structure
4. A plat showing the proposed locations, dimensions and elevation of any Building or Structure built or modified
5. A map showing the following information:
• Lot dimensions and topography
• Outline of all proposed Buildings or Structures and their distances from the property lines
• Location of all above- and underground utilities
6. A list of property owners within 200’ of the site
7. Application fee (see current Fee Schedule) payable to the Town of Montreat

The Montreat Board of Adjustment will review the Interpretation Application at their next regular meeting. No hearing on this matter will be scheduled until all required information and applicable fees have been submitted.
