Board of Adjustment Meeting

The Board of Adjustment will hold a Regular Meeting on May 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
- To hear a Variance request to Section 502.5 of the Montreat Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback requirement from 15 feet to 5 feet on the NORTH side of the Subject Property for the purpose of adding a fence to surround a pool and yard located in the rear of the single-family dwelling.
