The Montreat Board of Commissioners & the Sign Ordinance Subcommittee (of Planning & Zoning Commission) will hold a Joint Workshop on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Town Hall, Montreat, NC.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Commissioners and the Sign Ordinance Subcommittee to review and finalize the Proposed Text Amendment to Article II and Article VIII of the Montreat Zoning Ordinance.
