Board of Commissioners – Special Meeting

The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on

Friday, January 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Town Hall

The purpose of this meeting is to consider and take action on the following items:

• Approval of a debt financing resolution; and
• Approval of a budget amendment for the purchase of a Kubota tractor.

This meeting is open to the public.
