The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road.  The purpose of this meeting is as follows:

• Discuss proposed changes to the sanitation ordinance
• Discuss ongoing bear situation
