September Town Council Meeting Notice

MEETING NOTICE

Thursday, September 12, 2024 – 6:00 p.m.

Town Hall

The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC. 

The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Commissioners to hear public comment on and approve, approve with revisions, or deny the following legislative items:

Text Amendment Request (TA-2024-04) – A Text Amendment request (TA-2024-04), submitted by Mason Blake (on behalf of the Board of Commissioners) to Chapter K, Article III, Sections 300, 301, and 309 of the Montreat General Ordinance to comply with legislative updates from S.L. 2023-108 for funds for maintenance of stormwater facilities and S.L. 2023-137 for stormwater rules for redevelopment projects.

This meeting will be available by Zoom.
