Bears Are Awake and Very Hungry!
Be aware that bears are awake and they are very hungry. Natural food like berries and nuts are not currently available, so bears are foraging for anything to eat, especially things like our trash and birdseed. The five bears (can you find all five?) found the bird feeder and made a meal of the seed during daylight hours. So, be careful to monitor bird feeders and secure trash, especially during this lean food period for bears.
