The Montreat Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. electronically using Zoom software and in person attendance at Town Hall.
The Montreat Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the following matter. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional Zoning request for a side setback on the south/west side of the property (standard is 15’; applicant requesting 10’). The P&Z Commission will make an advisory vote on the matter ahead of a later binding vote on the matter by the Montreat Board of Commissioners.
If a property owner wishes to provide public comment either supporting or opposing this request, they can do so in person or remotely during the Public Hearing. Requests for remote public comment must contact the Town in-person or via e-mail: [email protected] by 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Requests for in-person comment can be made at the beginning of the Public Hearing, addressed to the P&Z Commission.
