NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Monday, January 31, 2022

12:00 p.m.

Town Hall

The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, January 31, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.  The purpose of this meeting is as follows:

• To enter into Closed Session in accordance with North Carolina General Statute §143-318.11(a)(3) for attorney-client consultation and NCGS §143-318.11(6) for a personnel matter .

The meeting will be convened and adjourned in open session.
