PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Thursday, September 23, 2021 – 4:00 p.m.

The Montreat Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.

The purpose of the public hearing is as follows: A variance request for 314 Lookout Road for side and rear setbacks for a residential addition and the continuation of a Special Use Permit (SUP) for 309 Collegiate Circle for a 40-room hotel and site improvements.

COVID-19 safety precautions require that in-person attendees wear a mask at all times when indoors. This meeting will also be available via Zoom:
