The Montreat Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.
The purpose of the public hearing is as follows: A variance request for reduction of the side yard setback from fifteen feet to three and one-half feet and reduction of the front yard setback from thirty feet to eleven feet. The setback reduction is requested for construction of a carport adjacent to an existing home at 423 Appalachian Way.
