Save the Date!

It’s something we have all been waiting for: Town Hall groundbreaking! Circle Tuesday, June 11 at 10:00am on your calendar. There will be a special presentation and the first excavation for the Town Hall, followed by refreshments and displays of the building and landscape design drawings. It will be a fitting start to this long awaited construction project.

Save the Date 2!

Come to the second annual Summertime Welcome on June 13 at 6:00pm. The Town Council invites everyone to a “Welcome to Summertime” reception in the Walkup Building prior to the Public Forum and Town Council meeting. Come for refreshments and greet old Montreat friends and meet new ones. Then stay for the Public Forum and Town Council meeting.

Special Called Meeting May 30

The Town Council will be meeting on Thursday, May 30 at 7:00pm in the Walkup Building for the primary purpose of reviewing the administrators draft 2019-2020 Town budget. Everyone is welcome to attend. Like the monthly Council meetings, It will be live-streamed on the Town Facebook page, www.facebook.com/townofmontreat.

Town Offices Closed on Memorial Day

Please note that the Town Offices will be closed on Monday, Memorial Day, but will reopen on Tuesday at 8:00am. Sanitation pickup will be done on Tuesday given the holiday.
