The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Walkup Building, 300 Community Center Circle, Montreat, NC.

The purpose of the hearing is to discuss proposed text amendments to Zoning Ordinance Sections 612.4(3), 628, 905(A) and Hillside Development Ordinance Section 4(b) to provide clarification on development permit procedures and application process.
