The Montreat Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in Gaither Chapel,  396 Geneva Place, Montreat, NC.

 

The purpose of the public hearing is as follows: a Special Use Permit (SUP) for 309 Collegiate Circle for a 40-room hotel and site improvements.
