The Montreat Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.

 

The purpose of the public hearing is as follows: A variance request for side yard setback reduction from 15′ to 10′.
