MEETING NOTICE

Thursday, December 12, 2024 – 6:00 p.m.

The Montreat Board of Commissioners will hold a Meeting on Thursday, December 12,
2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.
At this meeting, the Board of Commissioners will consider a request by Gary Higgins
(property owner of PIN# 071077202100000) to grant or deny an amendment to the
easement across Little Piney Branch originally granted by the Board of Commissioners
on February 9, 2023, and recorded among the Buncombe County Register of Deeds in
Deed Book 6302 Page 1511. The purpose of this easement is to access the lot owned
by Gary Higgins to the east of Harmony Lane described as PIN# 071077202100000.
