Public Hearings

The Board of Adjustment holds public hearings on quasi-judicial matters, such as requests for variances or conditional use permits, as required by law. Those wishing to give testimony at these hearings, either in favor or in opposition, must do so in person and under oath. All Board of Adjustment meetings are open to any member of the public who wishes to observe the proceedings and/or speak during designated public comment periods.
