Planning and Zoning Seeks Public Input

This week the Planning and Zoning Commission will begin a seven month process to review the Zoning Ordinance and make recommendations for changes. The Committee will begin the process by taking public comment on all aspects of the Ordinance. Please come and offer your views on development in Montreat. 

After the initial public input meeting, the Commission will meet every third Thursday of the month until July to review different sections of the Ordinance before writing a final recommendation. Opportunities to comment will continue each month.
