Montreat Minute for October 19

Town Hall Design Update

On Monday, more than 50 Montreaters showed up for the Town Hall Public Input Session. The Town Hall architect, Maury Hurt, and the contractor, Brian Sineath, led the creative session, receiving design suggestions for the building exterior, the grounds and landscaping, the interior and overall suggestions. Adding to the ideas were responses from more than 100 completed surveys. For a summary of the evening’s discussion, CLICK HERE.

Town Hall Survey Still Available

If you have not completed the Town Hall Design survey, there’s still time. Click Here to take the five minute survey and be a part of shaping the design of the new Town Hall. The survey closes on Wednesday, Oct. 24 and the results will be delivered to the architect.
